Following the success of the online classes these are continuing via zoom. Meaning you can still live stream your chosen classes and enjoy them in the comfort of your own home, even in your PJ’s.

We will be using a website called Zoom and an invitation link will be sent to your email once you have booked and paid for your class. 5-10 minutes before the class is due to start, click on the link and it will take you to the waiting room ready for the class to begin. You can opt to leave your video on or not but bear in mind the entire online class will be able to see you, but also that I can only correct you if I can see you.

Please switch your audio off once your class has started. Please note that bookings and payments must be paid a minimum of 12, but ideally 24 hours before the start of the class, so I have time to send you the link and you are able to connect to the class.

Private classes are also available over zoom. Prices are £35 for ½ hour £55 for an hour. If you have any questions don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Clients can use their blocks and memberships to mix and match between the studio and online classes with payments being taken as normal.
