In person classes run five days a week at the Christian Centre on Hanover Road (behind Tesco metro) in the Mezzanine room. These classes as well as additional ones are also available to join online via zoom.

Private classes are also available in the comfort of your own home.
Prices are £35 for ½ hour and £55 for the full hour, classes are personalised to suit your current level and goals
